Hi Bulldog and greetings to you. I bought my first C1 at the end of last Jan (a 58 plate Rhythm model) and having driven it for over 4K miles I definitely want to award it the accolade of 'best car I've ever had!' It is compact but spacious in the front, nippy, regularly doing over 60mpg and above all I just find it great fun to drive. So enjoy yours and have fun. Lots of people in this Bug club have done amazing things and brilliant upgrades etc to their cars so you'll enjoy chatting with them. As for me and my non-existent mechanical skills  - well, I reckon I'd better leave all that technical stuff well alone and make do with my BugBog (standard spec only )

Hi all,
finally gotten around to regestering here. Had a Ci Rhythm since Nov 2006. Lots of basic mods, and enjoying the "cheap" driving.

I really like that electric blue colour, i have owned red for the last two and a half years, and I think I may consider that colour next when i go for my next city bug ;)

i would so recommend it! its a colour which not many other cars have which makes it unique compared to the majority of red ones and so for resale value (which you shouldnt as that is blasphemy  ). and fundamentally it looks great 8-)

 Hello fellow Buggers, err Bugists, Buggies...

Back in the Clan Citroen after a sabattical with Volvo.
Previous Cits include:
'87 2cv6 Green/White Dolly
'86 2cv6 Blue/Cream Dolly sprayed Pink and Lime Green, blacked windows, lowered and chrome GS wheeltrims.
'76 2cv6 Club in Orange Tenere.
'88 BX 14RE in Red
'93 Xantia VSX 2.0 8v in metallic Red

Now I have '09 C1 VTR 3dr in Black. was going to chose the Sage Green because I was told not many chose it.
When I saw a C1 in Sage Green I realised why no-one chose it...
Went for black because the trim was black and looked like the car was all one colour. Black is a pig for scratches but looks good for the 5 minutes it stays clean.

Hi, everyone. I have been a proud owner of a C1 Rhythm since July 2005 and have just passed 80,000 miles. The best car I have ever bought, cheap to run and reliable.

Cheers David

I am new to the C1 and the club site, but as far as I can see right here is the best place to find the help
and tips we need to for our cars.
