Just a quick note to say hi!

Needed good runner to get me to work and back so have today purchased a Peugeot 107 Urban on a 60 plate - 34k on the clock. Has also had a new clutch, so I assume it was originally fitted with one of the faulty ones I've been reading about on here - so hopefully that's saved a few quid off the bat!

A relative beginner to DIY mechanics, though have done the odd few bits including servicing. Looking forward to learning (and hopefully contributing) within this community. Have purchased full membership to access guides and support the forum in general.

Look forward to "meeting" folk :D

Hello and welcome, these great cars to learn mechanics on as they basic motoring, one easiest and most straight forward cars I worked on. There is a Haynes manual for our cars if you didn't already know, always good reference. As said, lots of great info and upgrade mods on here.

Hello and welcome.

Yup, the fact that these cars are designed to be cheap and basic means that they are a great introduction to car maintenance. Have fun with it. :)

Many thanks guys, very kind of you.
