I use denso iridium good for 60k miles or more. Best to take out every 5 years to prevent seizure into the head

I am having mine replaced at my service next week and my car has only done 18491 miles. I have no record of them ever being replaced therefore they must have been in there for 10 years.

I hope for their sake they haven't "seized into the head".

As l couldn't remember if l took the plugs out or not, they will be coming out this week.
Plan was to do a full service today, but not so easy here. Sunday is a day of rest ? Getting stress from my gf. Even the car wash places are closed at the Petrol Stations.
