This is the original piece that I told here.
Is the kinkage between gear cables and gear box. I supouse that it is made of rubber for soften the touch on gear stick.

Finally I bought a replacement white plastics for gear stick:

And 608zz ball bearings (inner diameter 8mm, outer diameter 22mm, 7mm height) to replace the rubber pieces: 2 unit of this bearing for each rubber. Probably I will need some washer or other accessorie to place it correctly.

I will update this thread when I mount this items.
I hope that with these 2 mods the gear stick finally be fine. :roll:

Finally (after3 months) I replaced this rubber linkage by ball bearings. The gearstick looseness has not been fixed, but now I am sure that this piece will not fail:
