I bet you thought oh man this could be complicated. Well not by my me about 15 minutes done.
Tools needed a cable tie, and a battery operated light with a hook, bright if possible. Measure your parcel shelf find the Center and make 2 holes near the back side by side. Slip the cable tie from underneath and through, connect. Hang the light on and pull to get a nice fit but not too tight remember the batteries will need changing at some stage. Good Luck

I one for a more complicated boot light - but one that only lights when the boot is open and you have the sidelights on.

This needed a switch fitted onto the boot latch (there is *just* room) and a glovebox light from a VW that I had in my miscellaneous bits box which I fitted into the boot trim on the right hand side.

I go for an even lower-tech approach: I never use my boot.

Nice one, quick and simple way to add useful light.

Thanks Steve what l like it's so bright and l can use it to do my top ups or search for stuff underneath the car. My girlfriend's 2011 has a built in one and it's useless, can't see a thing and all the fixed one's, have wiring, more things to go wrong in my mind.
3 AAA batteries and l'm done, happy days
