Sooooo many cold wet hands. Why haven't these people died of hypothermia (especially the one(s) who got in the water)? Or just got frost bite or something. It was -5 here last night and I was wrapped up so that I looked like the Michelin man when I took the dog for a walk. I once fell in a river while hill walking in cold (but not freezing) conditions and started to go hypothermic surprisingly quickly. This looks much, much colder and they were out there for ages.

Amusing though.

I also want to know how they got the cars in that position in the first place.
