Not talking about those who service themselves but those who take it to a garage. On my garages website it says the average full service costs £ 230 is this reasonable or not? I had it serviced in September 2013 and it cost me £ 340 but I needed a new indicator stalk and battery, am hoping it to be nearer £ 230 next time.

Alas I cannot do it myself! What would be a fair price to pay for a full service from a garage?

It's SO easy to do. Maybe a friend could help?

A service kit from the club shop is £30 ish, and it takes an hour if that.

Just had a look at the full service instructions in the full members lounge and it's definitely not for me! So the question remains how much is reasonable to pay for someone to carry out the work for me? £ 150, £ 200?

A small service? Is that just an Oil and Filter change or something more? It cost me £ 52.76 for an Oil and Filter change back in November 2012 from the garage quoting approx. £ 230 for a full service and it's a full service I am interested in.

Would rather pay more and get it done properly, the mechanic at the garage I usually deal with is "a certified Peugeot Master Technician, trained in Coventry at the Peugeot factory. He also has wide experience of modern vehicle systems gained over years at a Peugeot main dealership".

Therefore would rather go with a garage which specialises in Peugeots then one that doesn't.

I do it myself so it only costs me the parts, it's really not hard

Follow the guide and you can't go wrong :)

The only real difference is a few checks and a spark plug and air filter change
