I work mine out as fuel cost at the moment my 5 speed manual 2009 costs about 10p a mile
although it is a lot lighter than most, no rear sets, no parcel shelf, no rear headrests as I use the back like a little van :)

On my first fill up it had the fast flashing fuel warning at 370 miles but only took 30.7 litres, fuelly says 54.7mpg but I'm not sure how accurate that is, might not have got a full fill even though it clicked off twice.

Still learning the car after a 2.2 diesel.

Well in a bit of a change from thrashing the living daylights of of her, I have had a steady run and hanging out with the lorry's. Managed 146 miles off the first bar and upto 252 (combined) miles with the second bar. So should clear 500 miles with ease from this tank.
It's so dull driving between 52-56mph. Did sit behind a national express coach for a while. Faster but still good for drafting behind.

146 and 252 are excellent numbers.

Keep that up and it should be a great tank.

I think the most i ever saw on the first bar was 122 miles. I think.

Our mpg has taken a real nose dive at the moment. Haven't actually worked it out but it's gulping the stuff.

In for replacement exhaust (blowing badly in a number of places) and service today (it passed the MOT), hopefully improve matters.

Normally achieve between 350-375 miles per tank.

Little Miss Warwick is learning to drive, and got 425 from one of her tasks. Makes me realise how much I kick the arse out the City Bug...
