Carrying spare fuel is stupid tbh, just fill up at 1/4 tank. I've tried for a few years to get the biggest mileage on a tank and it's only caused nervous driving trying to find a petrol station.

Once you get used to a car you know what mileage you need to think about filling up at. All cars should have a standard warning system for low fuel:-p
