A family member has just bought a 3 year old 1 litre access 108, 11000 miles to replace a well worn 107.Could members tell me if the clutch adjustment procedure is the same as her old 107, and the best place to purchase a suitable spare wheel, jack and tools. Its on 15" steel wheels.

Yes, clutch adjustment on the 2nd generation cars is exactly the same - via the plastic knurled wheel. (I just bought a 2016 C1 today with a very high biting point and immediately made this adjustment - worked a treat, just as it did in my 1st generation 107).
