That is simply not feasible. l refuse to except it.
It does not compute.
No way.
Go to another Dealer with your Log Book Papers and explain in pure English what you want.

£200 they are on drugs.

Did you get a print out, of this quote with part number l am in Germany but there is Dealership about 15 miles away l can visit if you wish.
I'll check with another Citroen dealer. The part number is b0010012vd but you don't need to check for me unless you really want to. Thanks anyway :)

Mazda, apparently, spent a great deal of time ensuring that the weight of the gear knob in the current version of the MX5 was "perfect". You can get it in a nice leather covered version with red stitching.

Even that is less than half the price they are asking for that Citroen knob (and IMO still too expensive)!

They checked it she was a bit confused with the part number. Took me to a new model C1 to confirm the part as listed price €216.00 inc.
She could not believe it, said it must include more parts maybe the arm or selector mech.
She asked if l could get a hold of the vehicle data if that would be listed here in DE l don't know but it's worth a try. I have an appointment now so can't stay here at the moment, but l could return on Monday

Thanks for doing that for me. When I went to my local dealer, the guy asked me if it was just the gear knob or the whole gear selector and I told him it was just the gear knob I was after. He was also very surprised at the price.

Something is wrong somewhere, that is not possible.
They must charge £500 in labour to fit it.
Are they going to check it out for you?

No, they didn't say about checking it out. Pretty sure that's Citroen's price because it seems so expensive everywhere

I willing to bet that if you found one in a breakers you'd get it for Max £25 notes and they would think they
had shafted you.
