Changed the standard plain one from my 108 Active for the silver one from an Aygo. Looks far nicer I reckon. ImageImage

Like that, thanks for posting, I noticed the higher spec 108s have the shiney gloss black version, but didn't know there was a silver version, but I do now! hiding in higher spec Aygos then.

Let us know how the surround comes out, i'd be interested, changed our 107 gear gaiter and knob, so may have a go at this on my sister's 108.

The surround just pulls out very easily. No tools needed. Just pull it up around the base of the gaiter, and out it comes.

Thinking of adding a leather gaiter too. Seem quite expensive though. I did it in my 107,but 108 ones seem double the price

Where did you get the gear knob? Easy to replace?

It looks good. Your original looks quite a lot like the OEM one that was on my 2012 C1 when I got it so the new one might work on the Mk1 too.

Yeah. Fairly certain the knob is exactly the same as the one on my 107.

Would you be able to send a link to the seller? I tried going to my local Citroen dealer and they had the cheek to charge upwards of £200 for a gear knob! They gave me the part number to look online but couldn't find it on eBay and any other website wasn't any cheaper than the dealer.

£200 for a gear knob they gave you the wrong part
number there.
That is simply not feasible. l refuse to except it.
It does not compute.
No way.
Go to another Dealer with your Log Book Papers and explain in pure English what you want.

£200 they are on drugs.

Did you get a print out, of this quote with part number l am in Germany but there is Dealership about 15 miles away l can visit if you wish.
