So what are your thoughts on the mk2 Aygo facelift?

Looks OK, good to see they moved the oddly positioned DRLs from current version, but still prefer new C1 and especially the 108, cos we have one!, to this edgy design, but well done toyota for being bold with this and current Aygo design, better than same old same old.

I don't think PSA have a facelift for them yet? Unless anyone has seen anything about it

The new versions of the C1, Aygo and 108 are getting Apple Carplay and Android Auto.... Why didn't that happen to begin with. MirrorLink is not good at all.

Also the 1.0L is getting refreshed, 72mpg combined with 71bhp according to AutoExpress

There are also 2 new versions of the C1: The Elle and Urban Ride.

Good to see some fresh updates, but only minor in grand scheme of things. Shame the engine changes made bit pointless with recent government VED changes in last few years.

Another disappointment is beauty of when we got our 107 back in 2008, was it was basic cheap motoring, but all this extra tech just adds complication and more to go wrong for me, love having the sensible safety devices on our 107 and even our 108 Active has bit more, but in a good way, further up the range it going over the top.

I was hoping maybe a software update to the existing Headunits might bring such functionality with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Must be an age thing, ok my sister has her phone linked to her 108 headunit, and even I'm impressed how easy it is use and for handsfree calls, but too much of this stuff can be a distraction when driving for me.

Get your point though, makes you wonder if they knowingly hold tech like this back on cars, so they got some extra goodies to give away later on in life cycle of the car

Just to add and make us feel better, just read that new Jag F-Type doesn't have them either, prices from £50k!!!, but it coming later this year, so they all at it!
