Ill wait till they're like Mk1 MX5s and selling for £1,500, then they'll be a bargain. Only another 16 more years for that to happen!

The modifications have begun!

Full Scorpion System installed on Wednesday, it's a nice low burble, nothing like my screaming little C1

And a square number plate to set the back off.

Looking good, missed your first mod, was that the front strutbrace?, be interested to know what it feels and handles like?

Fitted a front strutbrace to my Mondeo years ago, one my best mods ever, stopped all the squeaks from front end and it went round corners like it on rails.

My mr2 already has square plates as it's an import anyway and braces but might get some better ones to help with cornering

Coilovers would be the way to go but quite expensive

Love the GT86, however I don't like how all the interiors have red accents! I hate the colour red and having a red interior or red accents is a genuine deal breaker for me. Although that doesn't really matter as by the time I can afford the insurance on one a new model will be out with hopefully a more customisable interior.

I'm with you on the cheaper cloth interior which has too much red which is this one:

But mine is the leather version and has only red piping and the rest is black and silver, picture of mine:

Id say treat yourself, insurance isn't that bad if you shop around :D

Holy moly! That cloth one is horrid! How can anyone like that!?
Yeah, yours is much more subtle but I hate the colour red, whether it is outside or inside so I could never have one until they change it.
I would have to sell my C1 so would lose thousands on depreciation, not going to happen, would be a horrid financial decision.

I'm now saving up for a new overpipe and manifold before the remap :)
