I'm getting increasingly jealous of people in parts of the country with warmer weather. If I hadn't been at work, all I could have done today was scrape the frost off my car. Then, if I tried to wash it, either sit and watch icicles reforming or get absolutely soaked in the sleety, windy, miserable rain. :?

[I was in Wiltshire a couple of weeks ago - it was noticeably warmer even then.]
And you diddnt come and visit!?

How rude!

Even though it's been cold it's not rained so can't complain

I used warm water to was the car the other day, stops my hands freezing haha

Is that not normal procedure with a blown head gasket?

Did they charge you for skimming the head?
