Hey guys,

Just thought I'd share the latest addition to my 58-plate C1 Code.

I've added a Pioneer Z7200 head unit which has DAB+, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto in a rare single-DIN format.

Whilst we were at it we added a DAB antenna running down the passenger pillar, and a microphone down the driver pillar.

Also upgraded the stock paper (WTF?) speakers to a nice pair of Pioneer 190W 10cm speakers - because playing music on the originals sounded like someone farting over a walkie-talkie.

Bit of a faff getting it all in, but 100% worth it.

Very classy, I love my Android Auto since buying a Motorola Moto G8 Power, works so much better then when I was using an old Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini I bought on ebay.

Nice, back in the day they were the ultimate, but I reckon they are still cool today, neat solution to add loads of up to date stereo features, enjoy

Do these units have the capability to run Torque or other apps?

I don't think the ApplePlay mode can, but it also goes into AndroidAuto mode so maybe you could run it through that?
