Hi guys!

I'm more a lurker of this forum, and I found a lot of intresting tips, but today I will post 2 shots of my C1 1.4 HDI aka "The black washing-machine"

I'm the owner of this car since May 2016, and I had a lot of trips and fun with her. It's my daily car, my 2nd car is an Alfa Romeo, but I don't dislike this small, very cheap and funny car.

Here on the snow:

And here in Monza near a very well made red C1

Hello and welcome, good to see our cars being truly european.

I notice your 2ND car is the Alfa Romeo, but C1 is your 'daily', not brave enough to use the Alfa daily then, over here Alfa's have a certain reputation!, I've never owned one, but a neighbour had a 156 Sportwagen for many years, so not all bad and they have beauty and style.

Thanks!

I work in a medium city with a lot of cars and not enough parking for everyone, so with the c1 i can park in some spaces too narrow or too short for the Alfa. Also I don't care about the scratches from car park on the C1, because I bought it already with some exterior scratches/dents.

And to be honest, when I drive the Alfa the risk to get speed tickets is really high

Thank you guys!

No, we have some EU laws about pollution. I think pollution is a serious topic but, why I should scrap my little car wich i love, for a new one with few lower CO2 emissions?

Now i did a tyres change, replacing the old Pirelli Cinturato with some Nankang AS-1 and they improved really well the handling.

Also replaced the interior air vents plastics with some from an Aygo.

If the Euro 4 won't be banned too soon, I'm looking for tune the engine (76hp with no IC or 90hp with IC mod) and improve the suspensions with a Koni str.t kit. The car will be completely the same outside, I would make this c1 a little bastard sleeper :D

If I'll start to build this C1, I'll post all the project here!

Slow acceleration from stock engine with +160.000 kms

I had to slow down a lil bit in 2nd gear, so the start was not great. Anyway is slow :D

Took my C1 on track today.

I drow quite bad but I had a lot of fun. Next time I'll improve my driving and try to get a better time.

Also, the car had bad tyres and bad pressures, and the stock suspension gave me a lot of understeer on the last turn.

Enjoy:
