Tonight l picked up the last piece, the heater switch control. He had forgotten to paint it, just left it sticky.
Also there was a misunderstanding l wanted the speedo surround but he did the complete unit. Can't see when l'm driving tho'
Center Console/Radio Surround was just to see how it would to out.
It's growing on me. KJH is my code for anyone interested. Sorry about the crap photos

Definitely red.

The speedo cowl being all red looks OK IMO. Certainly makes it a bit different to most painted interiors.

I only gave it to him in one piece because l could not split it without breaking the clip in the middle.
It was to be taped up. Still.
I got the bumper off myself and all that trim gear,
all scratches etc painted for only €100.00 + 20 tip

Great Geld l'm happy :-)

I just noticed: what's up with your hazard light switch? It looks a bit cracked or something.

Looks nice that, I wasn't brave enough to do the rev counter and speedo cowl on mine (well my Mum's 107), thought it be too much, and she would tell me off! the radio surround reminds me of the 107 Sport XS, but think that had a horrible matt type red finish, yours looks alot better! Also, on the Sport XS they only did centre console and air vents I think, which looked cr*p, much better imo if you do all the door bits and heater knobs etc as you have done, so it all ties in.

My hazard switch went like yours, bit crazing, so bought a new one and it been fine ever since. Few other peeps had this problem, so not uncommon.

Has anyone painted the grille bit above dash centre panel? It looks like it's meant to be a continuation of the panel so I wonder what it would look like if both bits are painted.

I've seen it done but as it's part of the dash it's a pain...

You won't have to wait long in current in the process of freshening up my interior

I was looking at mine after fitting the console, it would look better with the grille painted as well l think. But taking the dash out to do it, no way, to much can go wrong. And it looks like a big time masking job otherwise.

My old C1 had the same cracked hazard switch and so does my GFs 107. It must be a norm lol
