I see, I don't mind the look of the c1 and yeah I would agree the 108s styling is a little nicer but this was more in my price range as it was fairly cheaper, the engine and the way that they drive has improved, hill start assist is a nice touch.

I agree about enjoying the upgrade, just had a 108 join the family and it a big overall improvement, luckily able to whizz about in it for a few weeks, just a much smoother drive and totally different gearing to 107, but it now away at it's permenant new home, so back in our 107, which I still love.

Seeing your rear end reminded me that the new C1 and new 108 have different rear bumpers now (unlike the old C1 and 107 which shared same), yours has the indent U round middle, while the 108 has a sort of dummy diffuser at bottom. Just a funny thing I noticed seeing a new C1 on the road while driving our 108 few months back!

Steve107 i still love my old c1 and will find it sad when its gone, its just sat on the drive but it's not going far, my mum is going to have it as her KA is not up to the task anymore. That car has been so reliable for me and ive not had a problem with it (apart from the clutch) but other news; Finally my new aerial arrived for it as it was broken when I bought the car, going to get it fully checked over and serviced by a mechanic on Monday.

The good news is your new C1 as proper leccy windows, driver can operate both sides, unlike our old 107, have to lean over to do passenger side. So this as well as many other things just make it a big step up from the old C1/107. Still love our 107, and as you say ours also has been very reliable, and it still a fun drive.

Tell your Mum we have something in common, we got our 108 to replace ageing Ford Fiesta, was a great car, but just getting too long in the tooth.

Hopefully it gets a clean bill of health from your mechanic.

Its only two years old and its been serviced stamped from a dealer each time it needed it so hopefully!

Just finished moving my stuff out of the other car and cleaned it inside and out. Also was wondering is there supposed to be a jack in the spare wheel well? as there is not in this car. Just wondering if its missing

Edit: Just looked in the handbook, its supposed to have a puncture repair kit with an air pump but the air pumps not there.
