*UPDATE*
Image
sooooo, my 40mm Apex springs arrived and we fitted them at the weekend - let me warm you now the front top mount bolts are a pain to get off as there's hardly any room under the bonnet to get to them, and its never a good idea to do mods like this is the cold but hey I'm impatient!

They look ace - lower than I thought actually :) you can see the difference between mine and my mums here - look at the arch difference and the face my spoiler runs in line with her roof :)

Image

I also bought some silvatec front and rear lights to get rid of the colours for the indicators on the front, and also took out the rear lenses from the light to give the 'lexus light' effect. They do sell lexis lights for the C1 and Pug 107 but they are completely clear, and personally I think the standard ones with no lenses look better....

STANDARD
Image
Silvatec (chrome bulbs) and removed lenses - this was really easy by the way :)
Image

Also had a front splitter added to the front bumper to give the extra lowered effect - this was 'donated' from a Renault Clio and fits perfectly :)

Image

Opinions welcome :) oh and thinking about temporarily changing the green theme for the show in weeks - any ideas? Nothing major - just changing the calipers and accessories from green?

Great update! The springs seems to have lowered it about right I guess for normal road use really.

Which Clio is that off? Suits it very well! And agree with Hollie, bulbs = great upgrade!

Thankies you! Could be worth getting them for the bugs to make them look lower on the front too!

**Door cards are being lined soon in black suede, glove box is in my garage I've painted it black**

**UPDATES**
So I've been tinkering about giving Winston some TLC after his traumatic operations having the clutch, water pump and alternator belt replaced......

Rear Silvertech bulbs have now been replaced with LED Tail/Brake and Indicator bulbs - these are so much brighter than my others, they have 36 LEDs on each unit which are cleverly positioned to shine in the direction of the relective 'mirrors' in the rear lights :) (ebay specials, I definately recommend them!)

Wind deflectors arrived today and fitted straight away....
Image
THESE ARE DEFINETELY THE BEST ADD ONS I'VE EVER BOUGHT FOR A CAR - NO WINDOW RATTLING OR......YES YOU GUESSED IT....WINDY DRAFTS!!!!! 100% EVERY CAR NEEDS THESE, THEY ALSO LOOK PRETTY COOL TOO....OOOHHHHHH....AAAAAHHHH ;D

Splitters being fitted properly tomorrow, or if I'm not happy with it I also hve a honda civic splitter to play about with, but want an ibiza one really as they fit straight on!

As the people at the meet may have noticed my flyeyes are coming loose on one of my headlights, my plan is to blag another free set off them so these wil be replaced :P

Also I'm still umming and ahhing about adding some new colour to my calipers and wing mirrors, the opinions I've had is to keep it murdered out, fancy a change though......opinions welcome :)

Opinions on anything and everything welcome, thanks for looking
