Pretty sure they arnt any for the same reason hids arnt legal

Because of the reflector beam in the lense it's not designed for them, I may be wrong though

Why not get some decent Philips ones, got some in my mr2 and they're brilliant

I assume your looking for these
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/60W-6400LM-Ca ... SwCGVX41Cj

Whether there legal or not depends on the colour they can't be too blue, and the beam pattern.

I saw a review a few months back that said exactly that; good, but not as good as people say. They rated the Phillips ones (presumably the ones Reedy mentioned) better.

Those are weird looking bulbs, with that big cooling thing at the back.

Given that, these days, most headlamps focus their beam due almost entirely to the shape of the reflector rather than the front diffuser/headlamp "glass" (like headlamps used to) and that doing so if very dependent on the pattern of light emitted from the bulb, I'd be surprised if an LED replacement would work well/legally as the pattern of light from the bulb is likely to be very different. If the car was designed with LED bulbs in mind, that would be one thing but our bugs weren't. Be interesting to see how it works out, and get the verdict of an MOT tester too after he has checked the beam alignment.

Osrams are pretty good. I'd say they're better than the stock headlights but it wasn't night and day. The biggest improvement was that the light is white and not yellow.

Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/252508998726
I have these in mine. As to the legality, I have no idea! They are pure white, no hint of blue at all and are very bright. The main beam is also effective with an immediate response.
