Citroen C1 2007 (Cool Version) Grey Glove Compartment Lid – RH Drive Model.

I have only Just found out after owning my C1 since 2013 that I can buy and easily fit a Glove Compartment Lid, after looking at C1 stuff on YouTube.

I love my C1 and I look after it very well, it gets anything it needs to keep it running in A1 condition, its in overall wonderful condition, it had only done 13000 Miles when I purchased it with a full service history and one owner from new and only has only done 27000 Miles even now.

So does anyone know whether I can still buy a New Original Citroen part Grey Glove Compartment Lid for it, are there still suppliers out there for a 13 year old C1 - I would buy a good condition & un-marked second hand one if someone has one for sale.

Any help or information would be much appreciated :)

Rather than going for the Citroen version, you might consider the Toyota version as fitted to the Aygo. Generally, it's a better made unit.

Definitely go for the Aygo version, my C1 Code came with the Citroen version but I found it wouldn't stay closed over rough roads so I swapped it to the Aygo version and that's been perfect for the last 9 years.

Hi Guys, thank you very much for the great advice. :)
I was going to buy the Citroen version but now it will definitely be the Toyota version, so to be clear the better lid has the rectangular handle with 4 dots (Indentations) that match the inside door pulls correct?

Yes, that's the one.

+1 for the Aygo model - it's super easy to fit too, just clips into the pre-moulded recess (x 2) on the lower lip of the glove compartment; literally 10 seconds to fit :-)

Hi, great thanks for your info it's appreciated.

I have ordered the Aygo version and also the catch clip that fits at pushes in at the top of the compartment which I have seen recommended on here to secure the glove compartment lid more securely.

So many thanks for all the help and recommendations guys, it certainly helps making the right choice for accessories for my C1 Bug. :-)
